Amanda is a Certified Veterinary Technician with a lifelong love for animals and a knack for keeping things calm. Originally from Michigan, she began her career as a kennel assistant and worked her way up while earning her degree from Michigan State University, along with a certificate in Veterinary Technology—and a firm decision that she’d had enough of snowy winters!

After several years in private practice and helping to launch an oncology department, Amanda returned to her favorite part of veterinary medicine: hands-on patient care. She’s passionate about making every visit as stress-free and comfortable as possible for both pets and their people.

When she’s not at the clinic, Amanda enjoys painting, crafting, sewing, reading, and spending time with her husband Jeff, son Asher and her two dogs, Penny and Bailey.
