Jacki was born and raised in California, where she began her work with animals as a veterinary assistant and now as a client service representative. She has worked in a humane society, dog rescue, general practice, and now at Spruce Urgent Care. Jacki’s days are always brighter when there are furry friends in the vicinity and she is passionate about working in an environment where there is an entire team of people who are doing their best to help pets and pet people in need. When she is not working, she loves painting, reading, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
