Growing up between America and Taiwan has provided Jessica the perspective and aptitude to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, and she has loved animals for as long as she can remember.

Her aspirations for helping people and seeing positive outcomes brought her to Brooklyn Yard Veterinary Hospital. She subsequently stepped her role into the Director of Client Care for both Brooklyn Yard Veterinary Hospital and Spruce Veterinary Urgent Care.

Jessica strives to use her outgoing and tireless energy to ensure that pet owners have their voices heard as they advocate for their fur babies. In her spare time you can find Jessica hiking, climbing trees, or camping with her two cats named Wasabi and Umami.
